This was my first time experiencing a reflexology message and it was amazing. Very relaxing during and afterwards. I will definitely be making another appointment.

The drive out to the spa was the first amazing part, such beautiful Ottawa Valley scenery. Angie was so warm and welcoming and curated an amazing session specifically for me. I am a practitioner myself and have received many sessions prior to experiencing Angie's work and so I confidently say Angie has a high level of skill and ability to tune into what is needed.
The hot stone massage was very soothing and helped release some crunchy parts I had and the Indian head massage helped release a lot of tension and pressure I was having.
I look forward to going back to see her.
